Incorporating a modern recipe to a classic dish or delicacy, Dr. Marie Ann J. Raymaro, Extension Services Director and IP Creator, bagged the second place in the rice-based category during the Competition for Innovation VI sponsored by Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) – Antique, November 3.

Dr. Raymaro combined the living taste of Antiqueño culture to MORICE Cookies, MORICE Polvoron, and Chewy Bar. The products utilized monggo as their main ingredient which is also a locally grown product of the province. (Please specify)One among the three products is already commercialized, serving its purpose in supporting the farmers and the agri-community.
