We warmly welcome our Commencement Speaker for the Commencement Exercises of the College of Maritime Studies, 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐭. 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐯𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐨, 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫, 𝐌𝐌𝐒 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 (𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬) 𝐈𝐧𝐜., 𝐌𝐞𝐢𝐣𝐢 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩.

Capt. Benedicto is a product of the Visayan Maritime Academy, where he took up his Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation degree and graduated in 1981. He served as a Master of a ship for 15 years and as a Fleet Manager for two years. Our speaker is also named as a Master of the Year awardee in 2016 given by the Multinational Maritime Inc.
