The University of Antique took part in the two-day Regional Human Resource (HR) Leaders Summit in Iloilo City from September 16-17, 2025, at the Grand Xing Imperial Hotel.

UA, represented by Mr. Juancho Jamile and Mr. Julius Sapanza from the main campus, and Dr. Porferio Bangcaya, Dr. Jose Magbanua, Mrs. Juliet Salvacion, Mrs. Elma Seraphelle Bulagao, Mrs. Norelee Mae Cuevas, and Mr. Jimbo Importante from the Tario-Lim Memorial Campus (TLMC), joined other HR leaders and professionals from across Region VI for a comprehensive talk on “Equipping Human Resource Practitioners through the Power of Inclusion and Innovation,” which was organized by the Civil Service Commission (CSC).

Dr. Bangcaya, UA-TLMC Campus Director and OIC Campus Administrator of UA-Libertad Extension, and CSC’s Gawad PAGASA Regional Winner, was also conferred with “Katibayan ng Pagkilala” along with other distinguished awardees during the Pasidungog 2025, one of the event’s highlights.
