The second batch of first-year and transferee students from College of Arts and Sciences (CAS), College of Maritime Studies (CMS), College of Criminal Justice Education (CCJE), and College of Management and Governance (CMG), gathered today, September 29, 2025, at Paghi-UsA Hall for the “Survivor’s Toolkit: Coping with the Demands of Academic Life” organized by the Guidance Unit.

The Survivor’s Toolkit is held every academic year to assist the first year and transferee students in strengthening their mental well-being, developing effective coping methods, and managing or handling the challenges and stresses associated with academic duties.
