The College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) through its Student Council conducted the CASlight Talks 2025 centered on Earthquake Awareness: Learning to Stay safe and Prepared, with Engr. Jose Renan Estoco, expert and advocate for risk reduction and management, at Paghi-UsA Hall, October 15, 2025.

The said activity gathered CAS students and faculty aiming to raise awareness and promote preparedness among students in response to possible earthquake hazards, given the province’s location along a fault line.
