
The University of Antique top management, together with pre-selected participants from the main and external campuses, underwent a Training on the Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) conducted by Kristine E. Sabla-on, Director II of the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Antique Field Office, at Busali-an Hall on January 29, 2026.
The SPMS aligns individual employee performance with the organization’s strategic goals, ensuring that both personnel and the institution achieve their objectives while reinforcing alignment with national and agency development plans.
