Selected participants from the Main and External campuses of the University of Antique convened for a Workshop and Discussion for Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) with Dir. Kristine E. Sabla-on, Director II of the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Antique Field Office, at Busali-an Hall, February 25, 2026.

Among the topics discussed are the assessment in development of human resource practices in order to empower UA in performance of human resource management functions.

PRIME-HRM is a form of assurance to the stakeholders that the academe is delivering the expected services, as employees were hired and promoted based on meritocracy and excellence.
