The University of Antique recognized the outstanding achievements of 416 academic and non-academic awardees during its 73rd Pasidungug held at Paghi-UsA Hall today, June 26, 2026.

UA President Dr. Godelyn G. Hisole, together with the Vice Presidents, Executive Director for Student Affairs and Services Division, and College Deans, led the conferment of awards to four (4) Core Values awardees, three (3) Licensure Examination awardees, 216 Latin honorees, 34 recipients of Academic Distinction from the Graduate Studies and College of Maritime Studies, and 159 non-academic awardees.

This year’s Pasidungug was graced by RD Florentino Dayo Siladan, Regional Director of the Department of Agrarian Reform Regional Office VI who urged the honorees to stand for and with the truth and develop an honest desire to genuinely serve the people.

The University also gave special recognition to Salvacion Sison Sanquilos, Jireh Grace Pacheco Dela Peña, and Cyriel Jade Quizo Mendellore for topping the March 2025 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers.

Representing the Class of 2026, Razel Josette F. Celadeña, Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management program, delivered the message of gratitude on behalf of the graduating class.

The annual Pasidungug celebrates the academe’s commitment to academic excellence, leadership, culture, and sports by recognizing the dedication, hard work, and achievements of every Kasubay who excelled in their respective fields.
