The University of Antique, under the leadership of University President Dr. Godelyn G. Hisole, formally joined the Social Welfare and Development Learning Network (SWD L-Net) through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) today, July 27, 2026, reaffirming its commitment to collaboration in social welfare, community development, and capacity building.

Representing the University during the signing were Dr. Catherine C. Viesca, Vice President for Academic Affairs, who delivered the University’s message of commitment; Dr. Runato A. BasaΓ±es, Executive Director for the Student Affairs and Services Division; and Dr. Jayson N. Gillesania, Student Welfare Director.

Through this partnership, the University further strengthens its commitment to knowledge sharing, social protection, and sustainable community development through collaborative learning and capacity-building initiatives.
