April is Stress Awareness Month, a yearly celebration that has been observed since 1992 with the goal of recognizing and addressing the widespread issue of stress.
This year’s theme is “#LeadWithLove,” highlighting responding to stress with love, compassion, and kindness. As we celebrate, let us take this moment to prioritize self-care, getting help, and making small adjustments.
When we ride out the turbulent seas of stress and anxiety, keep in mind that you are not alone. Begin with small steps towards stress management and taking care of your mental health.
