The Career and Job Placement Unit (CJPU) of the University conducts a Labor Education for Graduating Students (LEGS) and Pre-Employment Orientation Seminar (PEOS) at Paghi-UsA Hall, January 12, 2026, to equip graduating students with a better understanding of their roles and responsibilities in the workplace.

With the first batch of graduating students from College of Arts and Sciences, College of Computing and Information Sciences, College of Industrial Technology, and College of Maritime Studies as participants, the training aims to produce and develop globally competent graduates who are knowledgeable about workplace policies, procedures, and dynamics.

The seminar featured Mr. Benjie Requintina, Labor Employment Officer III, Province of Antique; Mrs. Myra Pe, PESO Manager, Province of Antique; along with Mr. Risty Clent Aquito, Dr. Shella Delgado, and Mrs. Saredith Sola as speakers.

The second batch of graduating students from the remaining colleges at the Main Campus is scheduled to attend the LEGS and PEOS on January 13.
