The Commission on Audit (COA) Audit Team conducted an entrance conference on September 11, 2023, with the officials and employees of the University of Antique (UA) to discuss the terms of engagement for the Calendar Year (CY) 2023 audit.

Through this engagement, COA aims to express an opinion on whether UA’s financial statements are fairly presented in accordance with the International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) and communicate audit observations noted on the accounts and operations of the UA.

The terms of audit engagement were discussed by Mr. Joe Jett B. Bandiola, SA II, OIC- Audit Team Leader with Mr. Johann T. Ruiz Jr., SAE II, Audit Team Member.

The activity was participated by key management personnel of the UA system, particularly from the administration and finance offices./IAP
