CPS holds LEGS and PEOS for Graduating Students

The Career and Placement Services (CPS) Unit of the University holds Labor Education for Graduating Students (LEGS) and Pre-employment Orientation Seminar (PEOS) for graduating students from College of Teacher Education (CTE), College of Computer Studies (CCS), college of Engineering and Architecture (CEA), and College of Technology (COT), at Paghi-usa Hall, November 15.

Prof. Marvin Casalan, Director, Instructional Material Development Unit, on his welcome remarks, highlighted the reason behind the seminar which is to prepare students for later work roles and select and train the labor force needed by the society.

“Let us take advantage of the opportunity as Kasubay to show what we have. Let us prove to the world that we are and truly are the Antique’s pride,” Prof. Casalan further stated.

Prof. Emma O. Feranil, MPA, MAEd GC, RPm, Director of Career and Placement Services Unit, also welcome the students to the event that serves as a pivotal moment as they transition from academic to professional world.

“These sessions aim to equip you with insights, guidance, and sources to navigate this exciting yet challenging path,” Prof. Feranil added.

CPS is set to conduct LEGS and PEOS for the remaining colleges tomorrow, November 16./IU
