Data Protection Unit continues to strengthen the University’s compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 through the conduct of a Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) with Dr. Sammy V. Militante, OIC Dean of the College of Engineering and Architecture, at Busali-an Hall today, October 15, 2026.

With the aim to assist concerned units and offices in identifying and assessing privacy risks associated with the processing of personal data and determining appropriate measures to mitigate these risks, the discussions covered key aspects of PIA, including its processes, records processing, and the data life cycle.
