Student leaders from the University of Antique system convened at Busali-an Hall today, October 29, 2025, for a Consultative Forum for Students’ Welfare, a venue aimed for raising pressing concerns that is currently affecting the student body.

The forum was led by Hon. Sheila Mae S. Magdayao, Student Regent, UA Board of Regents (BOR) together with Ms. Shanti Georgen R. Santocildes, President, UASG Main Campus; Ms. Erika Gynne Nabas, President, UASG Tario-Lim Memorial Campus; and Mr. Luzardo Selibio, Vice President, UASG Hamtic Campus.

During the discussion, the leaders presented key issues and concerns faced by their respective campuses including the internet access, wellness break, scholarship program, classroom shortage, LGBTQIA+ rights, provision of more study and resting areas, and parking spaces especially for motorcycles.

Present during the forum to represent the administration and to give insights and answer the students’ concern were Dr. May T. Delgado, Vice-president for Administration and Finance; Atty. Elizabeth B. Abasquez-Felasol, Attorney IV; Hon. Harold Aurelio T. Tating, Private Sector Representative, UA BOR; and Mr. Reiner Paul Teologo, Chief Administrative Officer for Administration.
