
The University of Antique conducted another session for the Monitoring and Review of the Strategic Plan (Goal 4 and Goal 5) on November 6, 2025, at bUsAlian Hall.
With the presence of the top management and members of executive committee, a presentation on the monitoring and finalization of outputs from review of strategic plan for Goals 4 and 5 was conducted to evaluate accomplishments and identify areas for improvement.
Dr. May T. Delgado, Vice-president for Administration and Finance, highlighted the importance of the strategic plan as a foundational document that outlines the institutions long-term vision, mission, goals, and priorities, and guides the decision making, resource allocation, and performance evaluation across academic, administrative, and operational domains.
She also acknowledged the participation of the heads of offices and deans in ensuring that the objectives of the activity are achieved as well as their role in the operation of the university, their respective colleges and offices.
The activity highlighted the academe’s commitment to continuous improvement and institutional excellence.
