To promote a more cohesive and results-oriented approach to institutional performance, the University of Antique (UA) gathered its unit heads at Busali-an Hall today, October 13, 2026, for the Harmonization of the Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS).

Spearheaded by the Planning Unit, the initiative is part of the academe’s continuing efforts to strengthen its performance management system and ensure the alignment of strategic directions, organizational goals, office commitments, and individual performance.
