University of Antique extended its commitment to volunteerism and community service to the Ati Village in Boracay Island, Aklan through its participation in the West Visayas Higher Education Volunteerism Consortium (WVHEVC) Outreach Project 2025 spearheaded by Philippine National Volunteer Service Coordinating Agency (PNVSCA), last on November 29 – December 1.

The UA delegates alongside PNVSCA and other representatives from Higher Education Institutions in the region engaged in various meaningful activities including distribution of gift items to recipients, playing interactive games, and story reading and learning engagement activities with the Ati Village.

UA was represented by Dr. May Delagado, Vice-president for Administration and Finance; Prof. Wilma Fe Vego, Director, Students Organizations and Cultural Unit; Dr. Jayson Gillesania, Director, Student Welfare; Dr. Christ Peter Omayana, Adviser, UA Student Government; Mr. Aljim Millamena, Nurse II.
