The University of Antique (UA) top management and Executive Committee (ExeCom) convened at Busali-an Hall today, October 6, for a three-day Management Review led by UA President Dr. Godelyn S. Gallega-Hisole.
The first day of the review featured reports on the status of actions and agreements from previous meetings, process performance and conformity of products and services, and the adequacy of resources across various areas, including human resources and faculty competence, physical resources and infrastructure, supplies, library services, and health and safety resources.
The participants are also set to report on the performance and effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS), including customer satisfaction and feedback, the extent to which Quality Objectives have been met, and QOP monitoring.
The Management Review serves as a venue for UA’s top management and ExeCom to assess the effectiveness of its quality management processes and identify areas for continual improvement.
