The University of Antique is honored to welcome 𝐑𝐃 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐨 𝐒𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐧, 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐕𝐈, as the Guest Speaker for the University’s 73rd Pasidungug.

A native of San Antonio, Culasi, Antique, RD Siladan is a proud alumnus of the University of Antique, where he earned his Master of Public Administration degree and completed the academic requirements for the Doctor of Public Administration program.

Today, he continues to champion agrarian reform and agricultural development in Western Visayas, exemplifying dedicated public service and leadership in advancing the growth and welfare of the agriculture sector.
