Thank you for the visit, VAJMCC!

University of Antique (UA) welcomed twenty faculty and staff members from the Vicente A. Javier Memorial Community College (VAJMCC), led by College Administrator Dr. Jessie S. Pido, for a Tour and Benchmarking Activity today, October 1, 2026.

The benchmarking activity provided the delegates with an opportunity to learn from the best practices of the College of Management and Governance (CMG), particularly its Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management, Bachelor of Science in Office Administration, and Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship programs. The activity also included a tour of UA’s facilities.

The delegates were welcomed by OIC President Atty. Elizabeth Abasquez-Felasol, Attorney IV of the Legal Unit, Dr. Catherine C. Viesca, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Eva L. Capague, OIC Executive Director for Academic Affairs, Dr. Loyalda T. Bolivar, Dean of CMG, and the CMG program heads, who presented their respective programs’ practices and initiatives.
